Fine Points History:
Fine Points Professionals, Ltd. was founded in 2004 by Amy Savage, Carol Wolper and Cheryl Boys after years of working with The Leadership Challenge® and the Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI) at Tom Peters Company. Inspired by the challenge of offering outstanding customer support, along with our combined 30 years of experience with the LPI, we have made distinctive client care our forte. John Wiley & Sons Inc., the publisher of The Leadership Challenge materials and the LPI, has designated Fine Points Professionals as The Leadership Challenge® Authorized Service Center.
Our mission has always been to provide excellent service to our clients as they implement the LPI and The Leadership Challenge in their organizations. We know how much time and energy is spent juggling all the minute details that go into using the LPI and conducting a successful Leadership Challenge Workshop. With an expanding staff and array of services, we are privileged to offer our clients seamless and smooth LPI prework and workshop administration. In addition to our administration services, we also provide customized LPI data analysis reports which enable our clients to take a more in-depth look at The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® within their organization.
We have enjoyed the opportunity to work with Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner (the authors of The Leadership Challenge) as well as the talented individuals who make up The Leadership Challenge® Master Facilitator network. Although we are based in Cincinnati, Ohio, we serve clients around the world and find that organizations everywhere are invested in using the LPI and The Leadership Challenge to develop extraordinary leaders.
We have founded our company on the principle that we exist to serve others. Our Fine Points team has enjoyed serving at a local soup kitchen together and giving financially to meet the needs of people experiencing disease, natural disaster, poverty, and spiritual needs. We are blessed to be a healthy, growing company and find it a privilege to give as generously as we can to those who are in need.
